We Can Help You Seek Accountability For Nursing Home Abuse And Neglect

When a family member is placed in the care of a nursing home, there is an expectation that their needs will be met and that the patient will be respected, cared for and protected. Sadly, that isn’t necessarily a safe assumption to make. Many nursing home residents in New York become victims of neglect or, even worse, mental, physical or sexual abuse.

If you suspect that your loved one has suffered harm from abuse or neglect, contact Antin, Ehrlich & Epstein, LLP, Attorneys at Law. Our lawyers understand the emotional nature of these cases and are committed to doing everything they can to protect New York’s elderly. Because they have obtained tens of millions of dollars for clients in the firm’s more than 25 years of practice, our attorneys understand the common types of nursing home negligence, particularly neglect. They are prepared to hold nursing homes accountable and obtain the compensation your family deserves.
